I really enjoy doing app and in-person training because my life is chaotic - so it gives me the ability to train according to my schedule for the majority of the week with a once a week check in to get tips and have my form checked. I’ve been training with Kelly for two years now and there’s many reasons why I stick around. Not only is it a great idea in general to have a PT to keep you accountable and motivated but with Kelly it is much more than that: you get a friend, a therapist and someone that will walk the fitness journey with you and really motivates you with kindness and thoughtfulness around your capacities, limitations and fitness goals. She is extremely dedicated to our sessions and very attentive, making sure you feel supported and know exactly what you need to do with every exercise; she has also helped me a lot with nutrition advice. I look forward to our sessions immensely because I know she understands my goals, is sensitive for things going on in your life, whether you have tight muscles, need to take it slower after being ill but also cheers you on and keeps you accountable and will push you when you need that little push. I’ve been with other trainers before and none of them were as dedicated as Kelly is to our training.
