Personal training

Client Contract

Hi! Thank you for choosing me as your coach. I’m so looking forward to working with you. Before we get to work, we need to cover some ground rules.

Please take the time to read through the terms of our partnership in this contract.

PRE-EXISTING INJURIES / MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

If you have any existing injuries/pains while exercising or medical conditions, please let me know prior to our training sessions, as I may need to modify certain movements to suit you & avoid further issues.

I will not be held liable for any injuries that may occur – should you be struggling or feel discomfort during a session, please inform me immediately.

CANCELATIONS POLICY:

If you cannot attend a session & wish to reschedule, please let me know in advance (24 hours notice) so I can

rearrange slots to accommodate. Late notice cancellations will result in a forfeit of that training session.

Likewise, if I cannot make it to our appointed timeslot, I will schedule another session with you to make-up. The purpose of this policy is so that we all respect each other’s time.

RESCHEDULING SESSIONS / CATCH-UP SESSIONS:

Please note that you may reschedule a maximum of 4 sessions per calendar month. These sessions will be caught up on alternative days (not carried over into your current training timeslot). All catch-up sessions must be completed within the month – latest by the first 2 weeks of the next month.

DISCONTINUING TRAINING:

If you are no longer continuing training sessions with me, a minimum of 15 days’ notice is required. Failure to do so, you will be liable to pay for your sessions falling in that 15-day period.

PAYMENT:

Training sessions are booked & invoiced for the month going forward. Full payment is due by the start of every month. If your package starts later, payment is due within 3 days of receiving your invoice. Payment secures your chosen timeslot; our training will not commence until payment is made.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT OF CONTRACT:

Upon payment, you secure your spot in your pre-booked sessions & agree to the above-mentioned.

ONLINE COACHING

Online Training – Client Contract

Welcome to the team! I am elated to work with you, but before we begin, we have to iron out some details so we are on the same page and can work together seamlessly!

This agreement is between the client (you) and the coach (Coach Kelly), commencing with the first payment.

PAYMENT:

Clients agree to make payments upfront before the commencement of each coaching period. You should receive an invoice from your coach. Failure to make payment will result in a breach of contract, and the client will not have access to the

coaching portal.

CLIENT CHECK-INS / FEEDBACK:

Clients agree to provide regular feedback on sessions and complete their check-in forms when scheduled. As a full-time coach, it is my responsibility to work with you, but I can not do that if I can not see what you’re doing (not tracking

workouts), how you’re feeling, and what you need help with (not completing check-in forms). If you need further assistance on something, please reach out to me. Make the most of your journey and utilise these tools.

WORKOUT SCHEDULE ADHERENCE:

The client agrees to diligently follow the prescribed workouts and schedules provided by the coach. I can not help you reach your potential if you are following random IG workouts. These plans are structured, and with you tracking your data,

we can move forward together and continuously progress to achieve your best results.

LOYALTY:

During the term of this agreement and the duration of your package, the client agrees not to engage in fitness coaching services with any other fitness professional or coach.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:

Either party may terminate this agreement with a one-month written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding payments due.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared during the coaching relationship and further after termination. I love sharing client progress and bragging about my clients, but I will never do so without your consent.

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS:

Both parties agree to communicate openly about expectations, progress and any adjustments needed to the programs. Note that this is a journey, not a quick fix. I have never – and will never – jeopardise my client’s health & well-being for “fast results”. Results take time, but the closer & better we work together, we will maximize the progress and keep the results. If

you are struggling, communicate with me. If you are looking for a quick fix/fad diet or 21-day detox bullsh*t, please rethink this partnership.

COACH RESPONSIBILITIES:

The coach agrees to provide personalized fitness plans, guidance and support to help the client achieve their goals. As your coach, my #1 priority will be your health. As mentioned above, I will not risk any client’s health over achieving results.
